This Refund Policy applies to paid Pokesensor VIP memberships purchased through app.pokesensor.org.
1. Free version first
Pokesensor offers a free version so you can evaluate the application before purchasing a VIP membership. We encourage you to try it and confirm it works on your hardware before subscribing.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your VIP membership, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
3. Renewals
Memberships renew automatically. Charges for a renewal term are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time before a renewal date to avoid being charged for the next term. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
4. How to request a refund
Email spidymanvg99@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, including your account identifier or order reference. We aim to respond within a few business days.
5. Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of evident abuse of this policy, such as repeated refund requests across multiple accounts.
6. Payment processor
Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor acting as merchant of record. Refunds are processed through them, and their timing for funds to appear on your statement may vary.
